Scope
New construction and renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 152,600-square-foot, four-story above grade, 256-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of a new four-Storey, 256-Bed Long-Term Care Home of approx. 14,117 sq m (152,600 sq ft) - 84 new beds and 172 upgraded beds by the fall of 2025. *Award amount was not released for publication.
