Scope
Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 187,315-square-foot, five-story above grade, one-story below grade, 256-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. PREQUALIFIED firms only. Construction of a new five-storey, 256-bed Long-Term Care Facility of approximately 17,344 sq m and one (1) level of underground parking with site works for the whole site. The retirement home is to be constructed at a later date.
