Scope
Demolition, renovation and addition to a theater / auditorium in Ancaster, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,112-square-foot, one-story above grade theater / auditorium; for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and for the demolition of a theater / auditorium. This project consists of but is not limited to a 450 seat theatre addition to existing Ancaster Memorial School building, located at 357 Wilson Street East, Ancaster Ontario. Work also includes a new lobby and dressing room facilities, partial demolition of the existing school, renovations to the remainder of the existing school, and associated site work.
