Prequalification - Construction of Major Sports Parks

Scope

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Keswick, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is inviting qualified, bondable, General and Landscape Contractors (respondents) to submit their credentials in order to pre-qualify for a period of up to five (5) years and be eligible for the tendering of a variety of landscape, parks and trails projects within the Town (work), as described below. The objective of this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) is to obtain and evaluate relevant information from interested respondents and to establish a short list of selected respondents who may be invited to submit competitive bids for the various works in accordance with this distinct category described within this RFPQ document. This category is as follows: - Major Sports' Park and large Civic and Public Realm Landscape Projects including Town-wide parks with values above five-million dollars ($5,000,000.00).
