Scope
Site work and renovation of a civil project in Woodbridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project. Only Contractors Pre-qualified Under RFPQ21-142 are allowed to bid on this tender. The scope of work under this contract includes the retrofit of the Fieldstone Stormwater Management Facility and the cleanout and grading of Ashbridge Circle Pond in the City of Vaughan. The award of this contract is anticipated in September of 2021 with a construction start date of October 25, 2021. The Contractor shall complete all work, including all site restorations, clean up, and rectification of all known deficiencies, by no later than August 31, 2022.
