Scope
Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 466,000-square-foot, 10-story above grade, 640-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of the Schlegel Villages Oakville Long-Term Care Home. Project will consist of two, 10-storey towers accommodating 320 beds each with common areas on the ground floor and support areas in the Basement. The total area of the project is approx. 465,000 sq ft. Construction will consist of precast concrete planks on concrete bearing walls with masonry veneer.
