Scope
Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot. This project includes construction of a bus loading platform at Sunrise Centre, Kitchener and transit stop improvements on Courtland Avenue and Block Line, Kitchener; 900 tonnes imported granulars, 1750 square metres concrete platform and sidewalk, 260 metres of concrete curb, 280 tonnes asphalt, steel beam guiderail replacement, storm sewer upgrades, relocation of existing light standards and installation of underground electrical, installation of pavement markings and Duratherm crosswalks and landscape restoration.
