Dufferin Grove Park North-West Corner Clubhouse and Park Improvements

Scope

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. The Work of this Contract involves the construction and revitalization of the north-west corner of Dufferin Grove Park including: the renovation of the existing Clubhouse and construction of a new Zamboni Garage; construction of new landscape elements including refrigerated rink slab(s), basketball court, public plaza, and expanded building apron; and improvements to planting, drainage, trails and stairs. The Work includes all appurtenances, fixtures, equipment, systems, building and civil services and municipal connections, to the extent and as documented and elaborated in the Construction Drawings and in the Construction Specification Project Manual, which constitute a fundamental component of this Tender Package.
