FE Madill Secondary School Reroofing A bidding roofing contractor shall be a qualified applicator under the Soprema P.A.Q.+S warranty system and must assign a certified P.A.Q+S company-employed installer for the duration of the project. Proof of qualification will be required before tender prices are opened.
