Scope

Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Wardsville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 43,500-square-foot, one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. SEM Construction is Acting as the construction manager on behalf of Babcock Community Care to deliver a new 64 bed long term care facility in Wardsville, Ontario. This tender covers the entire development of the new Babcock Community Care nursing home in Wardsville ON. In addition the construction of the civil, mechanical, and electrical aspects of the new facility. The new Babcock Community Care nursing home will span approximately 43,500 SF across 1 floors of modern long-term care space.
