RFP Contractor - Demolition and Site Preparation of 65 Villiers St

Scope

Demolition and site work for an office development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a office development; and for the demolition of a office development. EllisDon Corporation is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Cherry Street Storm Water and Lake Filling Project (CSLF) and Port Lands Flood Protection Project (PLFP). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit proposals. Demolition and site prep of the main building located at 65 Villiers St. (Cimco Building) which consists of two sections. The first section; a two story of office space, the remainder is open warehouse space with high ceiling. The single-storey building to the south is storage shed adjacent to the main building.
