Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project. Design Build - Grading, Granular Base, Drainage, Hot Mix Paving, Electrical and Structural Replacement/Rehabilitation. EXPRESSION of INTEREST must be received electronically as prescribed in the Expression of Interest document by 1:30:00 P.M. local time on October 17, 2018.
