St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre (SJCCC) Bed Expansion Project Phase 2 - Main Package

Scope

Renovation and addition to a medical facility in Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 30,000-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility. This project is comprised of an addition, renovation and fit-up for St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre (SJCCC) located at 319 Lasalle Blvd. Sudbury Ontario. There is approximately 30,000 sf of new construction, and 35,000 sf (including New Construction) of Tenant Fit Out and Renovations. Construction for Phase 2 is scheduled to begin this spring with completion planned for Fall of 2025. St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre (SJCCC) invites prequalified subcontractors to submit a tender for the rehabilitation bed expansion Early Works Packages.
