Scope
Site work, renovation and addition to an elderly care / assisted living facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 96,426-square-foot, six-story above grade, 160-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; for the renovation of a 100,081-square-foot, six-story above grade, 160-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. 160-Bed Long-term Care Home Addition, Existing Long-term Care Home 160-Bed Major Renovation, Total of 320 beds.
