SMS: RFQ - General Contractors

Scope

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Kelowna, British Columbia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. This request for qualifications is to create a list of prequalified General Contractors for projects over $200,000.00. Only those on the prequalified list will be invited to bid on Stipulated Sum CCDC2 projects for Interior Health. This notice is not for any one specific project; this is for all Stipulated Sum projects over $200,000.00. There is no close date - please ignore the December close as it is only there because BCBid requires an input into this field. General Contractors may submit at any time. General contractors who have already been prequalified do not need to resubmit their qualification unless notified by Interior Health. This prequalification is not intended for Construction Managers, Suppliers or Sub-trades it is only intended for General Contractors.
