RFQ Contractor - Redevelopment of Extendicare Van Daele Long Term Care Home, Sault Ste Marie

Scope

Renovation and addition to an elderly care / assisted living facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility. Extendicare (Canada) Inc. invites General Contractors to Pre-Qualify for the Redevelopment of and Addition to the existing 4 Storey, Long Term Care Home of approximately 7,150 square meters (GFA) in the City of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. The scope of work to be carried out under this contract will be included in the Pre-qualification Conditions. General Contractors interested in being considered to submit tenders are requested to obtain copies of the Pre-qualification Conditions, after March the 18th, from: Ken Oliver - IDEA inc. - koliver@integrateddesign.ca Each Proponent is requested to submit one (1) digital copy of their Pre-Qualification Proposal in a pdf file labeled as, "CONTRACTORS NAME, General Contractor Pre-Qualification Proposal for Extendicare Inc". Instructions on the digital submittal process will be included in the Pre-qualification Conditions. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00:00 pm EST, Thursday April 08, 2021. References will be assessed as part of this pre-qualification. Applicants are encouraged to include relevant reference letters as part of their submission. Only Pre-qualified General Contractors will be permitted to submit bids to construct the Redevelopment of Extendicare Van Daele, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
