Scope

Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 48,179-square-foot, two-story above grade, 350-seat educational facility. Work of this Contract comprises of the selective demolition of existing building components, the general construction of a new school addition and the demolition of an existing school located at Carrot River, Saskatchewan; and identified as Carrot River School, North East School Division No. 200, Carrot River, Saskatchewan, Project No. 21.024. * Construction Budget of $14.9 Million.
