Scope
Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Orono, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 34,060-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility. Design Build Minor - Hwy 418 and Hwy 401 Maintenance Patrol Yard EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - Must be received electronically as prescribed in the Expression of Interest document by 3:00:00 P.M. local time on July 6, 2022 Necessary available financial rating is $17,000,000 in GR: $17,000,000 in S. Necessary available maximum workload rating is $21,000,000. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.raqs.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
