Scope
Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stouffville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 153,085-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility. The Owner is inviting Bids from Prequalified Contractors for the construction of a new multi-use school facility at 55 Meridian Drive, Stouffville, Ontario (the "Place of the Work"), which will include an elementary to grade 12 school and a childcare center, as more particularly described in the RFT Documents (the Work). The facility will be a landmark project and, when completed, will be the first school within the York Catholic District School Board to offer a complete elementary to grade 12 educational program. Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
