Scope

Site work for a water / sewer project in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. Negotiated Request for Proposals For Basement Flooding Protection Program, Phase 4 - Various Scope Areas Including: - Scope Area A: Area 30-17 - Scope Area B: Area 23 - Assignments 23-01, 23-02, 23-03, 23-07 and 23-09 It is the intention of the City to enter into two (2) separate Agreements; one (1) for each of the two (2) Scope Areas listed above. The City will conduct evaluations to determine the successful Proponent for each Scope Area. Proponents may be eligible for award for both Scope Areas, and therefore must submit one (1) proposal for each Scope Area they would like to be considered for. The City does not intend to limit the number of Scope Areas that a Proponent may be awarded, and as such Proponents may submit a proposal, Scope Area A (Assign. 30-17), Scope Area B (Assignments 23-01/02/03/07/09) or both.
