Huron Terrace Forcemain Replacement

Scope

Site work and paving for a civil project in Kincardine, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project. Huron Terrace Forcemain Replacement - Project No. 17318, Contract No. 1 The work includes approximately: - 1,240 lineal metres of road resurfacing on Huron Terrace, Gordon Street, Kincardine Avenue and Princes Street - 880 lineal metres of full urban road reconstruction on Queen Street - 470 lineal metres of road widening and urban cross section upgrades on Bruce Avenue - 2,540 lineal metres of 450mm dia. forcemain on all streets - 1,330 lineal metres of various size storm sewer (200 mm to 750 mm dia.) - 810 lineal metres of various size sanitary sewer (200 mm to 250 mm dia.) - 950 lineal metres of various size watermain (150 mm to 300 mm dia.) - Replacement of CSPA Structure 2209 on Bruce Ave with 5.0m span cast-in place culvert as well as other work incidental thereto. Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained, after April 30, 2020, from the office of B. M. Ross and Associates, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $60.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates, which includes all taxes.

Sealed tenders addressed to Adam Weishar, Director of Public Works, will be received at the Municipality of Kincardine, 1475 Concession 5, R. R. 5, Kincardine, ON, N2Z 2X6. As a result of COVID-19, and related restrictions, alternative tender closing arrangements may be necessary - tenderers will be advised closer to closing date should the submission requirements need to be adjusted.
