RFQ Contractor - Hospice Niagara, Fort Erie

Scope

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call civil work for a hospital. The Ventin Group Architects on behalf of Hospice Niagara is pre-qualifying General Contractors to provide construction services for a new 10-room hospice residence facility in Fort Erie, Ontario. Also housed within the Facility will be associated palliative support programs and services. This Project will be approximately 17,000 gross square feet of new building, site infrastructure/site services, associated driving aisles, sidewalks, landscaping, and garden spaces. Tenders will be invited from the list of pre-qualified Contractors only. The prequalification process will include an evaluation of previous performance in several relevant areas, including but not limited to similar work, resources, methodology, schedule control, local experience, workmanship, final completion and Health and Safety.
