North Perth Westfield ES & Stephen Central PS Universal Washroom Upgrade

Scope

Renovation of an educational facility in Listowel, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The project involves upgrades to create a new universal washroom at each school, including new partitions, finishes, fixtures, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. The project also includes the cutting of concrete block walls to create new openings at each school. At Stephen Central PS, in addition to the new universal washroom, the project also includes upgrades to two (2) staff washrooms and a custodial office. Bid Bond amount of $22,000.00 (Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
