Central Huron Secondary School LRC Receiving Room Upgrades

Scope

Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The project involves renovation of the LRC Receiving Room which includes a new exterior overhead coil door complete with new asphalt paved driveway, and concrete sidewalk. Interior upgrades include new fire rated acoustic tile ceiling and grid, new surface mounted light fixtures, and HVAC upgrades. Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of $28,000.00 (Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender.
