Parkdale Queen West Consumption Treatment Site - Building Alterations

Scope

Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility. Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre invites prequalified contractors to submit bids for the 1,200 sq ft renovation of one part of the 1st floor of the existing building located at 1229 Queen Street, West near Dufferin St. for a Consumption Treatment Site facility. A digital pdf copy of the bid documents will be available by email from David Fujiwara at david@mainstreetstudio.ca upon request from each of the pre-qualified general contractors. Subtrades interested in seeing the plans should contact the prequalified general contractors.
