Haut-Saint-Laurent Housing Development - Water and Sewer Infrastructure

Scope

Site work and paving for a civil project in Huntingdon, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. Construction of water pipes, sewers and street foundations for a new residential development located in the area of Dalhousie Street and Ridge Road. The project provides for the extension of the water and sewer pipes over approximately 1.5 km as well as the construction of new granular foundations on the future Lasselle, Arnold and William-Bowron streets with an approximate length of 1000 meters. The scope of the project also includes road improvement work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor for the project implementation following the public tender TP-2021-01. Construction is underway.
