Scope
Renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide washroom upgrades at Holy Family School. The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board invites interested parties to submit Quotations to provide removal of existing floor tiles, toilets, sinks, urinals, partitions, ceiling grid, ceiling lights, cabinets, and repair damages due to demolition. Relocate existing garbge receptacle, soap, paper towel dispenser and hand dryer. Install new floors, fixutres, equipment and paint as outlined on design drawings in the boys and girls bathroom located near the library work room at Holy Family School.
