Scope
New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Stayner, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 102,276-square-foot, three-story above grade, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility. This project is to construct a new three-storey LTC home of 128 beds to be located in Stayner, Ontario (79 new and 49 upgraded beds), which also contains 23 apartment rental units on the main floor. The building is approximately 9,470 sq m. The building is to be constructed of masonry bearing walls with hollow core precast floors and roof. Exterior finishes are primarily masonry veneer and siding.
