Airdrie Transit Storage and Maintenance Facility

Scope

Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Airdrie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 57,414-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility. The project is the construction of the new Airdrie Transit Storage and Maintenance Facility in Airdrie, AB (Lot 1, Block 7, Plan 181 0724). The facility is includes administrative space, maintenance bays, a service lane and bus storage area. The site works include heavy and light duty paving, yard preparation, hard and soft landscaping, and completion of a pathway and landscaping within the Municipal Reserve on the east edge.
