Scope

Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility. Scarborough Health Network (SHN) announces the publication of the below mentioned Construction Tender pursuant to the Pre-Qualification process conducted via RFSQ NO. 2726575841 MMC General Contractor VOR's. This construction tender represents the competitive process to select and award a construction contract to the successful Bidder. The project will expand the existing dialysis capacity at SHN to meet the needs of chronic kidney disease patients who require dialysis. The new unit is proposed to be located on Level 1 of the Centenary site and will be located in the former pool area and will displace the existing rehab & gym currently located in the area. The new unit will address IPAC concerns, improve patient safety, and realize staffing and operational efficiencies.
