Scope
Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 119,652-square-foot, three-story above grade, 192-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Extendicare (Canada) Inc. invites Construction Managers to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a new 192-bed Long-Term Care Home of approximately 119,652 square feet in the community of London, Ontario. The scope of work to be carried out under this contract will be included in the RFP Conditions.
