Scope
Addition to a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center. Waterloo Region District School Board has posted Tender 6974-KP-21 for Lackner Woods Public School Childcare Addition. Vendor of Record firms are invited to submit a bid. The project's scope is to construct a 1-storey addition of approx. 7,500 sq ft in gross floor area with associated site alterations and improvements. The addition is a 5-classroom licensed child care facility. The scope includes connecting the new addition's systems to existing systems in the school. Excavation, landscaping, paving, masonry, millwork, roofing, window installers, flooring, painting, mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler installers subcontractors are PREQUALIFIED as well through a Vendor of Record list as per the documents.
