COLab Pavilion

Scope

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Alma, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,023-square-foot, two-story above grade laboratory facility. Construction of the COlab Building on two (2) floors. The pavilion is located at the neuralgic intersection of boulevard Auger and rue Champagnat. Located on the most visible and busy parcel of land, the new technological building is establishing itself as a strong signal element, a beacon in the community. It becomes the first symbol that citizens see as the College approaches. From the outset, it gives the signal of a modern establishment, anchored in its time. Parking spaces reserved for users will be developed. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
