Scope
Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Pugwash, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 19,427-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a new development for North Cumberland Memorial Hospital, located at 260 Gulf Road, Pugwash, Nova Scotia, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Tender and addendum documents for this posting are only available via Ariba Discovery. Solicitation Number - 179-00316-00 TIMELINE: Ground breaking has recently taken place with construction activities beginning by late July 2021. Construction is expected to take approx. 36 months to complete.
