Scope
Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center. Construction of the new biomass heating plant and mechanical systems upgrades at the Saanich Commonwealth Place Recreation Centre. Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. The work includes, but is not limited to: Bio-mass boiler plant addition with fuel feed system DDC controls AHU upgrades AHU replacements Swimming pool pumps and heat exchanger replacements Swimming Pool filtration upgrades Associated demolition Rippler Pressure System Installation Update existing District of Saanich Equipment Inventory database with all new equipment and components.
