Completed plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, one-story below grade, 72-room elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Construction of a Seniors' Home and Alternative Home for 72 residents, including 48 seniors and 24 adults with special needs. The complex will offer six 12-room sections with with adapted washrooms and showers, as well as interior and exterior spaces better adapted to the evolving needs of residents and their loved ones.
