Scope
Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in St Catharines, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 229,273-square-foot, five-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. Redevelopment of Linhaven Long-Term Care Home located at 403 Ontario Street in St. Catharines, Ontario. The existing facility will remain operational until the new facility is complete. TIMELINE: All sub trades secured. Construction is well underway; occupancy anticiapted in 2023.
