International Peace Gardens - Campus Upgrades

Scope

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boissevain, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. The intent of this bid is to obtain stipulate price (lump-sum) bids from bidders for trade contract work for the Nature Play Park development work at the International Peace Garden as indicated in the Bid Documents. The work includes but is not limited to: tree clearing and protection, rough grading and landforms, irrigation water line to new play pump, helical piles and concrete foundations, site concrete works, rock walls, granular and flagstone paving, playground safety surfacing, misc. metals, supply and install of custom play equipment, site furniture, and interpretive signage, and soft landscaping including shrub beds, sod, trees, shrubs and groundcovers at the International Peace Garden. Bockstael Construction Limited of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Construction Engineers of Grand Forks, North Dakota have partnered for this project and will each be accepting bids from both Canada and the United States respectively for all trades.
