Scope

Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 128,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, 192-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility. OMNI Health Care Limited Partnership is accepting Expressions of Interest to pre-qualify Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction services for the construction of a new, 192-bed long-term care home in Peterborough, Ontario. The project consists of a new four-storey, 128,000 sq ft long-term care home on a vacant site on Langton Street in Peterborough ON. TIMELINE: Expressions of Interest to prequalify Construction Managers has closed; four firms have prequalified. The names of the prequalified firms will NOT be released for publication. Final negotiations with the preferred proponent are underway; an award is expected early spring 2022. *Anticipated construction budget: 30-35 Million. *Engineering team is unreleased for publication.
