Scope
Renovation of an educational facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The College of New Caledonia is seeking a contractor to lead and coordinate both phases of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning upgrade for the campus housing building (Block 1200) at the College of New Caledonia Prince George Campus for phase 1. The Contractor will be responsible for completing their own assessment, planning, monitoring and project close out.
