Administrative Accommodations at New City Hall - Phase 1 Renovations

Scope

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 84,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility. Interior renovations of all 4 floors of the building for various administrative functions and minor exterior work distributed approx as follows: Lower Level - 12,800 sq ft; Level 1 - 30,800 sq ft; Level 2 - 31,600 sq ft; Level 3 - 8,200 sq ft. The Contractor awarded will assume the responsibility for the Furniture Supplier (TBD). The Contractor will be the Constructor on site; the Furniture Supplier is a subcontractor to the Contractor.
