Proposal - Site Preparations, Removals and Demolition (Phase 4) for Port Lands Flood Protection Project - Package #42

Scope

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and road / highway. EllisDon is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Port Lands Flood Protection Project (PLFP). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit proposals for RFP#42 Site Preparations, Removals and Demolition (Phase 4): Demolition of identified structures at the following locations: -Existing Cherry Street Bridge over the Keating Channel -62 Villiers Street -170 Villiers Street Site Preparations and Removals, above and below ground, at the following locations: -Existing Cherry Street Right of Way (ROW) from Commissioners Street to Polson Street -Villiers Street ROW from Munition Street to Saulter Street -Don Roadway ROW from Villiers Street to Lake Shore Boulevard -2 Villiers Street in support of the demolition work at the Existing Cherry Street Bridge over the Keating Channel -62 Villiers including any missed above and below ground removals not included in the demolition of identified buildings -170 Villiers including any missed above and below ground removals not included in the demolition of identified buildings.
