Central Huron Secondary School Change Room & Culinary Arts Classroom Renovation

Scope

Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The project involves renovation of a changeroom, washroom and shower area complete with new plumbing fixtures and finishes (approximately 650 sq.ft.) and renovation of a culinary arts classroom complete with new finishes, flooring, painting, ceilings, windows, lighting, HVAC and kitchen equipment (approximately 1350 sq.ft.). Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of $75,000.00 (Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site.
