Central Huron Secondary School Reroofing of Roofs A1 & A2

Scope

Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The project scope consists of the re-roofing of Roofs A1 (+/- 5928 SF) and A2 (+/-1796 SF). This includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof systems, and the installation of a 2-Ply Modified Bitumen Cold Applied roof system throughout, complete with new ladders and windows and door. Roofing contractors shall be a qualified installer under the Soprema P.A.Q.+S warranty system. Proof of qualification will be required before tender prices are opened. Bid Bonds are required to accompany the tender in the amounts of $45,000.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Dollars) Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Site Walkthrough: 04/23/2025 12:30PM A site meeting with the Architect has been arranged at Central Huron Secondary School, 165 Princess St E, Clinton, ON N0M 1L0. Access to the school will be available on this day only. Contractors wishing to inspect the above noted roof are asked to check in at the office upon arrival.
