Remove all vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and eavestroughs. Supply and install 58 SQ of D 4.5 Dutchlap horizontal vinyl siding in Harvard Slate by Royal. Supply and install 58 SQ of Tyvek. Caulk around windows and siding to brick. Supply and install 13.7 SQ of aluminum vented soffit in Granite by Royal. Supply and install 785 LF of 6” aluminum fascia wrap and 16 gable box sweeps. Supply and install 100 LF of roof flashing. Supply and install 12” gable fascia wraps on 19 front gables. Supply and install soffit, fascia and roof flashing on 6 front porch roofs. Supply and install 507 LF of 5” seamless eavestrough and 840 LF of large square downspout.
