This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Contract No. C-19-07: Resurfacing of Gilford Road, from County Road 4 (Yonge Street) extending easterly 3.1 kms to 20th Sideroad. Works included sedimentation and erosion control, excavation and placement of new roadbed granulars and asphalt, placement of new driveway and road crossing culverts, asphalt driveways and restoration with topsoil and seed and mulch.
