This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Duckworth Street Improvements (Bell Farm Road to St. Vincent Street) & Grove Street East Watermain Replacement (Duckworth Street to Nelson Street) as per Contract 2023-003T.
Scope of Work: watermain, storm sewer and sanitary sewer installation. Road reconstruction including concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, retaining walls and boulevard restoration. Intersection improvements including mast arms, traffic signals, hardware and loop detectors. Replacement of existing light standards.
Work Remaining: Installation of handrail on retaining wall Sta 2+240, chain link fences, permanent signals at Duckworth and Codrington Street intersection, vehicle detection loops (Codrington Street, Grove Street, Nelson Street and Bernick Street intersections, balance of road sign installation, removal of existing light standards on Duckworth Street between Grove Street and Wellington/Steel Street, maintenance hole inspection reports, as-builts, surface course asphalt on Duckworth Street south of Howard Crescent and surface course asphalt on Grove Street, Nelson Street and Sylvia Street
