This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
The reconstruction of approximately 500 metres of road including the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk replacement and reinstatement of all areas disturbed during construction. Infrastructure works included the replacement of 425 metres of sanitary sewer including the service replacement to property line, the installation of 320 metres of storm sewer including the addition of storm services and the replacement of 500 metres of watermain including services to property line.
