This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Site servicing works at 465 Garafraxa Street West. Works include installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, stormwater management facilities and watermain for a new residential development including all appurtenances and service laterals, road building including grading, subdrains, Granular B. Remainder of Granular A, concrete curb and sidewalk, base and surface asphalt have been deferred to 2025.
