Renovation of the existing GAP store at Concourse, Ground, and Second Floors at 60 Bloor St. W, Toronto, Ontario. Work involves the demolition of existing finishes in vacant GAP space and return to back to base condition ready for future tenant occupancy. Existing escalators, elevators to be removed and openings infilled to allow for each floor level to be demised into individual tenant spaces.
